The Methods:
No single approach in this book. There seems to be 2 groups of tips, prevention and relief. The primary approach in this book seems to focus on preventing gas intake while feeding. Also various calming techniques.

The Conclusion: Dubious claims on the website. On the website it claims that methods are clinically proven, but there is no proof given in the ebook or the website. Also it says that it is written by an expert, and I will say she probably knows more than most doctors about colic, and actively coaches parents, but to claim oneself as an expert is quite bold even if she is. There is continued support on the website, and I think the continued coaching is a valuable freebie, It only allows you to ask questions, there is no knowledgebase or FAQ to peruse, but it is still great having access to someone with colic experience. The overall experience seems to be a collection of tips and it seems the advice is to do everything and hope it works, which does not seem to inspire confidence.
